The University of Western Sydney operates commercial engagement with the business community through the newly created unit, UWS Innovation & Consulting (UWS I&C). The focus of the UWS I&C is on the facilitation of the University’s commercial activities and engagement with external business clients and partners. It provides the opportunity for industry, business and the wider community to access the intellectual and capital resources of UWS, as well as enhancing opportunities for staff and students to develop external links.
UWS I&C are seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to fill this position.

The Business Development Manager supports the strategic and operational requirements of commercial and enterprise activities. The position reports to the Associate Director Consulting and provides a key interface and liaison point between UWS Innovation & Consulting, external markets and the University’s Colleges and Divisions. To be successful for this position, you will need proven experience in strategic business analysis and reporting, including the development and management of a high quality information framework for both financial and non-financial reporting.
