Supporting a friendly team of patent attorneys this role sees you responsible for diary management, billings, drafting correspondence and documents including specifications and drawings, coupled with a focus on liaising with clients and maintaining effective internal and external working relationships - this is a great chance to broaden your horizons and take on that legally related role you have been looking for.
Being patent attorneys, the fee earners are ex engineers and scientists with a logical and methodical approach to their work, where you will see yourself involved in the day to day organisation of their practices. You will therefore be highly organised and a lateral proactive thinker, who enjoys being involved and keeping everything running smoothly.
To take on this opportunity, you will have at least 3-4 years secretarial or admin experience in a corporate environment, with experience in an involved admin based role being an advantage. You will have exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to prioritise workloads. Additionally, you will have strong MS office skills and a desire to learn!
